I like that Hireology is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it perfect for job postings. It's also my first time using it for my client, and compared to other platforms, it's less complicated, so I don't need to look for tutorials. Once I got the sign-in credentials, I logged in and was able to navigate it perfectly. Additionally, the platform makes tracking and reporting straightforward, and they provide webinars which are helpful for beginners or new users. I like Hireology because it allows for quick and immediate posting of open positions, making it very efficient for our recruiting needs. The fact that I can contact, schedule, and interview directly from the platform is a big plus. I also appreciate the storage of all applicant data, which makes it easy to circle back and pull reports, review existing candidate pools for new roles, and weed out candidates that don't meet job criteria. I love how easy it is to write a job ad with Hireology's templates, and I can also get help from my rep. The synchronization with our payroll provider, Netchex, is something I really appreciate; everything syncs smoothly, and our new hires constantly mention how smooth the process is compared to other jobs they have had. Sponsoring job ads on job boards is very easy, and seeing where an applicant is in the onboarding process is seamless. I don't have the ability to "waive" the onboarding so my only option is to move them back to a candidate. Ease- it posts on multiple job boards at once, saving our company time. I appreciate being able to communicate with candidates via text using a generic number. Our company has been a part of making Hireology work better as a whole. I do believe we should've had discounts or something for the advancements we helped with. It's very expensive and at times we're asked to pay for things we don't want/need/use. Sales pitches are annoying. Changing the layouts- all of a sudden everything is harder to find. It would be really nice to have a much simpler website to hand to people or say to people when they ask where our job posts are listed. This one is sooooo long and hard for people to remember and know how to spell. I wish Hireology could integrate into our North Dakota Job Service job boards. I've always appreciated the Hireology ATS and related portal functionality, but have grown to appreciate the company's efforts to enhance further support of the all-important steps that occur between Recruitment and Onboarding!!!! Those steps are what I refer to as the Qualification stage and there are a number of features available such as credentials collection and staging of information for the candidate.
