From there you can review their resumes, set up interviews, start conversations with them sms! **What do you dislike about Hireology?** I don't like when I'm reviewing resumes in a certain position I have to hit the back button to go back to the applicants, and sometimes have to also refresh the webpage. But as time passed, we could use it for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Before Hireolgy, I was using other measures to find applicants, and it would end in many people coming in for interviews who had no idea what the job was about. With Hireology, I see everything I need to see, and assessments are given that give me a better idea of what kind of person the applicant is. Hireology has pooled all the information necessary to make an informed decision on an applicant into one site where I can access applicants from all of our stores and post my job postings on as many as I need to, all from one place. Hireology also has great people to help when you have questions, need input, or need help writing a job description. **What do you dislike about Hireology?** I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Hireology. They pull from different job search engines and place them neatly into their website, where they can be efficiently utilized. Posting a job and following up couldn't be simpler. We've used a number of hiring services previously, the customizability and ability to manage lots of candidates in a user-friendly way is a big part of what makes it a great service. **What do you dislike about Hireology?** Hireology seems to get us far more candidates for certain job postings than others. We do see that the job postings are available through normal searches, so we're not really clear why some jobs seem to attract a ton of qualified candidates and others do not. Some more analytics regarding this would be helpful if other organizations are posting similar jobs and getting strong feedback. **What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?** We operate in a market where it can be difficult to find qualified candidates, Hireology gets us the people we need really quickly, being able to have a job out and see the candidates rolling in within a short time means we have a lot less wasted time. Being able to post on multiple job sites all under one site makes hiring easier. We are also able to reach a larger candidate base because we are posting to so many sites. The SMS feature is also incredibly helpful as we can text with employees directly off of hireology.com and responses come right to our emails. **What do you dislike about Hireology?** I can confidently say I like all things about hireology. Sometimes, there are users bugs but there are usually fixed pretty quickly and is right back to that 10/10 site. **What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anytime that hireology has an issue, they are on it almost as soon as possible on fixing it, or helping us as customers fix what we need. For example, when a drug screen has expired, we cannot resent that ourselves and have to go through hireology. This makes it a little time consuming, as I sort by name of hiring manager, go to the page where my jobs are, but then when I go back, it redirects me to the first page again, so the I skip ahead select next job, etc. It is a bit time consuming. **What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is allowing us to better track the activity across our 130+ facilities, therefore holding everyone more accountable to ensure candidates are being contacted in a timely manner. It's also nice that I can sort applicants into categories; Since I'm doing high volume skilled hiring, it's nice to know who I've already texted, whose texted me back, who's a candidate who needs to be contacted etc. I also enjoy the digital onboarding documents, despite some issues we've had with the setup for that. Digital onboarding saves us a *lot* of time, and allows us to hire more talent in territories further away from our physical office. **What do you dislike about Hireology?** The UI can be hard to figure out at times. There's a lot of templates from our corporate entity, templates we use a base and customize for our locations specific needs, that I have to filter through everytime I send messages or outline hiring steps. It's a small inconvenience that aggregates many single seconds of frustration. Sometimes the UI will stop responding, for example yesterday I couldn't mark messages from applicants as reviewed no matter how many times I refreshed the page/browser/my computer. I also had a really bad experience with the live agent support channel, but a great experience when I was emailed by a support specialist regarding the issue later. **What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hireology is allowing me to save *lots* of time onboarding candidates digitally instead of having them travel all the way to our physical office.
