HireMike is AI hiring software designed for small business owners and lean teams without recruiters or HR staff. It simplifies early-stage hiring by sorting applications, running structured first-round interviews, and surfacing the most suitable candidates for final review. You define your hiring criteria, and HireMike applies it consistently across all applicants. Every candidate goes through the same structured interview process, is evaluated fairly, and receives a transparent score with clear reasoning behind it. Interview responses are recorded and summarised into ranked profiles, making it easier to compare candidates side by side while still understanding how they communicate and think. This reduces time spent screening and improves hiring consistency. HireMike also automates scheduling, reminders, and rescheduling, removing the back-and-forth that slows down recruitment. By the time candidates reach your final interview stage, you already have a focused shortlist and clearer decision-making context.
