We use Hireflix as a first step interview for all shortlisted candidates. The process to set up an interview is very easy with how-to guides along the way. Candidates can be invited directly or via email. The feedback has been that the platform is intuitive and easy to use from their end. Hireflix reached out along the way to see if we needed any help or assistance. We use the platform about 2-3 times per year with success in filling roles. I have used Hireflix since 2021... it is now 2025 and I just wanted to say that I still love Hireflix as much as I did when I first used it! Hireflix saves us tons of time in the interview process. We are in the counseling profession, and with the use of video interviews I can get a feel for the personality, demeanor, and skills of candidates, without wasting time on personal interviews for candidates who aren't going to be suitable. Using Hireflix was a fantastic way to get to know candidates applying for World Business Chicago's Midwest Founder Exchange. Compared to written application responses, which often contained AI-generated or copy/paste responses, I felt we were really able to get to know the founders applying for the program. We were able to ask custom questions and easily edit and move them around. A transcript was also prepared for us to read along with or download. Antonio, the founder, was so helpful and friendly when I had questions about the site. We've signed up for year-long contract because we're so pleased with our experience! Perhaps not dislike; however something that can be improved is to be able to make edits once a link has been sent to a candidate. e.g. If the email address is incorrect, or spelling of the name is incorrect and also the capability to transfer the candidate to another job what they were initially considered for is not suitable.
