Everything was great - I wasn't sure if there is a way to initiate an additional reminder email to candidates who did not complete the interview. Hireflix has made it really easy to get an initial read on candidates in a succinct manner. We are able to post our questions and send them to the candidates to answer. It allows us to compare apples to apples in the candidate approach. We can see how they present themselves, their mannerisms that will be shown to clients, and how they respond under pressure. It saves us so much time in not having to bring in the applicants that won't fit our needs. It's been super easy to use! Over the past few years, so many applicants have ghosted phone/virtual interviews and have taken up so much of my calendar that recruiting processes have become an unenjoyable process. Finding Hireflex has been a life saver. It is very easy to use and I have been able to use it quite a bit since joining earlier this year. Once I review the applicants, I send them an email alerting them of the process, add a little bit of contact information into Hireflex and then the applicant has to take the steps to move forward! Since many of our applicants are applying for positions that require a video interaction with our customers, it is a great way to verify their comfort level with the setting and also to see their persona when put on the spot.
