HireFab is AI-powered resume screening software that evaluates and ranks job applicants based on job requirements and weighted criteria. Hiring teams upload resumes and a job description, then define key skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. HireFab even suggests criteria based on the job description. HireFab analyzes these inputs and generates a prioritized candidate list with detailed score breakdowns. Weighted criteria ensure candidates meeting critical requirements rank higher. The software processes applications in seconds, automating the initial screening phase. Customizable criteria make it adaptable to various roles and industries, providing organized candidate data to support informed hiring decisions.
