What do you like best about Hirebridge?

Hirebridge is easy to navigate and reliable from a recruitment process standpoint. It's easy to customize and their support team is available and ready to help with anything that you can't figure out on your own. Multiple dashboard views make it easy to understand data, but the filtering is a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hirebridge?

Depending on how you query the data, you may get a different result. Different reports use different start/end dates (ex: some display data based on application date, some based on date of pipeline movement). While I trust the accuracy of the data, it's never fun to guess which version of a metric suits your needs best. Also, the interface isn't as modern as some of the more mainstream ATS's. What do you like best about Hirebridge?

Hirebridge is a fantastic, low cost Applicant Tracking System. It is easy to use, has great indexing partners to flow our vacancies to online job boards including: Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor and more!

I can't speak for the people whose job it is to handle recruiting, but on my end, this has made it so much easier to keep candidate information, interview times, interview feedback, and other context in one spot for our whole teaim; it seems to speed up the process of making informed decisions for hires. What do you like best about Hirebridge?

The candidate view is easy to navigate. I've used competitors in the past where the candidate view is clunky and awkward. This is stream lined and very straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hirebridge?

Two different logins. One for hiring managers and one for referrals. For months a subsection of our org thought it was broken or not set up correctly, but it was because they were logging in to the wrong instance. Once we were informed of the other instance, referring people became an extremely simple step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hirebridge:

There are other products out there than can do relatively the same thing. Hirebridge has nice features when it comes to interviewing candidates as well as referral links. Other products might be able to do the same thing, but I believe Hirebridge has a lot of opportunities to add more customized information and features for your hiring manager team,. What problems is Hirebridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to have candidates easily referred through referral links and the ability to track those candidates through the process.
