HireBest is AI-enabled interview intelligence platform that enhances the interview process with live AI coaching, virtual and in-person interview transcription, and robust analysis capabilities, all on a platform of standardized methodologies, AI tools, and practitioner-led training. Its Job Cipher feature transforms job descriptions into detailed role definitions, outlining deliverables and success criteria as evaluation scorecards. Structured interview templates ensure consistency and legal compliance across teams. The Interview Hub centralizes candidate data, including profiles, job ciphers, guides, notes, and transcriptions. Henry, the AI assistant, transcribes interviews, summarizes content and ratings, and enables searchable candidate data. Rating rubrics prompt numerical scores and rationales aligned with Job Cipher criteria. The software integrates with applicant tracking systems and supports Hogan personality assessments.
