The candidate we ended up hiring was much higher caliber than we'd expected, with a depth and breadth of experience that surprised us. We didn't explicitly look for it, but we also ended up really appreciating the time savings for our tiny, overburdened team. I really appreciate how Hire with Near opened up the candidate field for us, allowing us to interview and consider candidates we normally wouldn't through our typical hiring means.
