What problems is Hire with Near solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hire with Near helped us fill a newly create sales assistant / appointment setter role and find 2 qualified candidates quickly, something that would have taken weeks or months using traditional methods. Their platform and team provided a seamless way to source talent, manage the hiring process, and focus on growing our business. The only real challenge I can think of is one that's likely common to most service providers of this kind, especially when you're a young organization like ours that's new to this process. Namely, the pool of candidates can feel a little opaque if you only have experience working with state side recruiting.
