If you're a recruiter-on-a-budget working for an early stage startup, Hire is a great product compared to its competitors since it's quite cheap (3K / year) and syncs with G-Suite (it makes it easy to set up and get buy-in from your hiring team). I would definitely recommend it in that case.
Many important features are missing (no proper scorecard, no interview kit, analytics are a joke, etc.). Also, the UX is not the best - so hiring managers need quite a bit of support at the beginning to be able to use it properly.
If you are at a stage where you can spend a bit more money and where you need to improve the quality of your hiring process (like us), Hire is probably not the right ATS.
