What do you like best about HiPeople?

The assessment was on point, it asked the right questions, I felt prepared to answer them in a timely manner. I find HiPeople's setup process straightforward and without difficulties, making it a nice experience for interviews. I appreciate the convenience it offers as an alternative to in-person interviews, especially beneficial given my current car issues. I thought it fell a little short in showcasing my true competencies due to a few more difficult computer questions that I don't normally find on an assessment. Additionally, a few of the questions were a bit too tricky and challenging for a Customer Service position. But again, overall, it was a great assessment.
