Able to customise your video interviewing techniques to the needs of your client, as a quality recruiter, you can truly offer a bespoke solution. **What do you dislike about Hinterview?** Nothing ... they are really good at listening to the needs of their customers and implementing additions/modifications that would be of benefit. **What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?** During the pandemic in particular, video interviewing is an essential part of most businesses recruitment process. To be able to offer this as a value added to all key clients, allows me to provide a more detailed and thorough CV submission, helping to take the hassle out of recruitment and streamline processes. Also, their HIntro tool is proving especially useful for getting in front of key decision makers, of businesses that I would be honoured to work with. ### 2. The help files are also current, and if you need additional support there's always someone available to chat. If you have suggestions for improvements, they'll take them seriously. Our account manager (Henna) is friendly and knowledgable, and nothing is too much trouble for her. **What do you dislike about Hinterview?** There's not much to dislike. The 'Meet' function is a little basic (we'll carry on with Zoom for now) but I believe it's being developed further. **What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Hinterview mainly for video interviewing but are also now doing video introductions. Clients enjoy using the system and find it to be a time saver. It's a valuable addition to our service. ### 3. We are able to offer this as a value add for retained or exclusive assignments. **What do you dislike about Hinterview?** We generally find the technology a bit glitchy, unfortunately they are a few too many specifics around what tech to use to record 'hinterviews' and sometimes the formatting of these videos is not consistent although I believe these are things they are looking to iron out. **Recommendations to others considering Hinterview:** Trial it forst to make sure it suits your needs and get used to the different functions to make sure you can fully utilise all aspects of the platform. **What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to assist the client first and foremost by carrying out first stage screening in order to save them time and ultimately money. I have been working this role for the last weeks with a Wealth Management Company and they kept rejecting all my CV's who were fab. My number one candidate I did a hinterview with and the client love d it invited her in for interview on the back of it and are bringing her in for final round next week so delighted. There are 3 other agencies on this assignment and it has given me the competitive advantage I need so will be using this for candidates I'm submitting to a role going forward. This is what swung it for me. **What do you dislike about Hinterview?** Nothing I am pro hintro. I'm agency recruitment 16 years and while the fundamentals are the same and you have to get the basics right our industry has evolved and is ever more evolving especially with technology. This for me has been super for Business Development and is something different and is a add on tool for me to be successful and as I said to have that competitive advantage. **Recommendations to others considering Hinterview:** I would highly recommend Hinterview as a business support software tool for sales, client engagement and buy in and for anyone a sales related role **What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems were with some videos it took a long time for them to process that was my only bug bearer. The benefits are that the client gets a sneak preview of the candidate at interview along with the CV so it's like 2 for the price of win in a manner so to speak. Typing out Sales points can be so monotonous but this has been a great way for me to get my name out there with a (handsome) face behind it for the memory of potential clients. **What do you dislike about Hinterview?** It can be quite tedious getting to grips with how to use Hinterview but once you get the hang of it they get easier to use.
