What do you like best about Hinterview?

Hinterview has massively streamlined our recruitment process, and is also a very effective business development tool. As an individual, I have won significantly more new business through the use of Hinterview. This is either through sending video introductions to prospects, or by selling the benefits on BD calls/video meetings/face-to-face meetings. What do you dislike about Hinterview?

It does add a few steps into our recruitment process from my side of things, which therefore means I have to do a bit more work intitially, however in the long run it streamlines and automates our process so the time is saved elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reach out to them, so that they can give you a full demonstration of the product and how you can use it. When onboarding, you'll have a dedicated Customer Sucess Manager who will be there to answer any questions you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Hinterview is solving is obtaining commitment from candidates at an early stage. Using Hinterview, we are getting our candidates to take time to interview with ourselves early in the process, which is getting buy in from them and ultimately reducing the early "drop-out" that many other recruiters are struggling with at the moment. What problems is Hinterview solving and how is that benefiting you?

No one reads anythign anymore. We needed a way to address the candidate pool with short high-quality videos. Also, candidates may not be a 10 out of 10 for a job but if we could get them in front of the client, we are confident they would see what we see in the candidate so having the candidate create a video answering a few questions or overcoming objections, has been great. What do you like best about Hinterview?

I have found the full Hinterview platform so helpful to attract both candidates and clients in my market. It is a really easy tool to use, super effective and a creative way to reach out versus using the phone. Finn is a great support to not only myself but my colleagues in the wider business. What do you like best about Hinterview?

Being able to take a different approach to speak with people and the success it gives you in return. Also how quick and easy it is to use, I have used something similar in the past that was nowhere near as good as Hinterview. Both clients and candidates also enjoy this service. Again Emma has been great, organising 121's to get me up and running so quickly and talking me through each step, I know she is at the other end of an email or phone call if I have any problems, she also gets back to me very quickly. Emma also organised a questions and answers session after I was up and running to see if I had any problems.
