When we first started with Hinterview, I loved how they were focused on partnership and how we could work together to achieve our company goals. It wasn't just lip service, they have been amazing partners who constantly check on us and make sure we are on track to reach our goals. They give us any support that we need when we need it. There isn't much to dislike about Hinterview. The only change I would make is to have some sort of deadline in place for employers to choose candidates in a faster more efficient way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is something i use on a daily basis, i basically treat it as an alternative to voicemail for candidates and clients as people dont listen to voicemails but might watch a 30 sec video. Hintros are a must in this market for recruiters to stand out and the hinterview function is great to showcase candidates that might get overlooked or really sell a client to a candidate. Emma and Freddie from Hinterview have been amazing, and their training sessions are well-delivered and on point. The tool itself I couldn't rate it highly enough. It's entirely versatile for modern-day recruiting; it can be used in a Delivery type role for interviewing candidates on behalf of clients and headhunting, but also for Business Development and Networking. We found that the Hinterview part of the product was really useful as we sold the product in our RPO pitches to clients to help improve speed to deal as it allowed us to conduct prescreening interview questions to send to clients.
