Naturally, any extra steps into your outreach process can add time into an already stretched schedule. Hinterview was no different as it requires quite a bit of time up front to get comfortable in recording videos.

Taking my outreach to new levels, ensuring I can stand out in DM's through quick video and it intgrates seamlessly with Linked In which is key for any recruiter. I have to admit I was a little video sceptical when Hinterview first reached out having 'been there done that' in years gone by, but have to admit I was wrong! no issues or dislikes. Hinterview is a real differentiator for us. We are a small business which can put us at a disadvantage to some of the larger players, but having hinterview as a way to headhunt and interview candidates, it is a really good selling point. If there is one Achilles heel of Hinterview it is their processing time. Sometimes the "hinterview bots" can take quite a long time to render a video, and when the program's goal is to easily and quickly send videos waiting five or so minutes for a video to render can disrupt workflow.
