We are a small business which can put us at a disadvantage to some of the larger players, but having hinterview as a way to headhunt and interview candidates, it is a really good selling point. What do you dislike about Hinterview? There were some syncing issues that made it hard and not that time effective when busy. We found that the Hinterview part of the product was really useful as we sold the product in our RPO pitches to clients to help improve speed to deal as it allowed us to conduct prescreening interview questions to send to clients. Often Hintros in emails went into the recipient's junk folder so they were never read and also products like Teams allowed users to do a very similar process. A+ customer service. Finn is amazing!!! The hinterview platform allowed us to prescreen, reverse market and place a large pipeline of candidates without recruiter interaction. Also, the bullhorn integration doesnt reflect the full capabilities of the platform well. You will need to toggle between both systems or use HInterview as your primary source. It's a great conversation starter, as candidates are more likely to click and view, and they like the fact that you have taken the time to create a personalised message for them. So even though they might not be interested in discussing the role etc. further, at least you're usually guaranteed a reply from them and know where you stand. Recommendations to others considering Hinterview: Try not to think too much about what you're going to say before you start recording your message. Helping them maybe carry out less interviews than they would have previously, as they can have that interview experience with Hinterview, without taking time out their day to conduct all the interviews. We have found Hinterview is a stand out and unique way of prospecting new clients and reaching out to existing clients. We are able to offer this as a value add for retained or exclusive assignments. We generally find the technology a bit glitchy, unfortunately they are a few too many specifics around what tech to use to record 'hinterviews' and sometimes the formatting of these videos is not consistent although I believe these are things they are looking to iron out. Recommendations to others considering Hinterview: Trial it forst to make sure it suits your needs and get used to the different functions to make sure you can fully utilise all aspects of the platform. We are able to assist the client first and foremost by carrying out first stage screening in order to save them time and ultimately money. Hinterview is great for getting out a lot of specs easily, especially in a climate where we are currently job light. Typing out Sales points can be so monotonous but this has been a great way for me to get my name out there with a (handsome) face behind it for the memory of potential clients. It can be quite tedious getting to grips with how to use Hinterview but once you get the hang of it they get easier to use.
