When I began to imagine opening my own business, I could've never foreseen how difficult it is to maintain the billing and collection flowing in order for my business to take off the ground. Hint Health is an indispensable part of business. Their system is very simple to use, even for someone that does not have great computer skills. The staff is very responsive. If you have any difficulty, all you have to do is send a message through the system and someone is in touch with you within minutes. They respond quickly and if not addressed they will hop on video call to explain further. I love that they are constantly looking to make it a little better. You can have an open note as you browse other parts of the EHR. Customizable. You can decide what to include in the social history, general information sections, etc. It is still a fairly new EHR and they are creating new features all the time based on user feedback.
