**What do you like best about HIMPACT?**

It is very practical and easy to use, it helps me do my job better and allows me to work in a more organized way.

**What do you dislike about HIMPACT?**

The free program has many features locked, it would be good if they gave a few days with everything unlocked to better understand how it works.

**Recommendations to others considering HIMPACT:**

I recommend it 100% so that you can perform better in your jobs.

**What problems is HIMPACT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me solve many work-related tasks and has allowed me to work more efficiently.

I like I can put all my IT and non-IT assets including software licenses with management capabilities

**What do you dislike about HIMPACT?**

I haven't noticed anything I dislike. I don't have any dislikes.

better control by categorizing and organizing them
