Hilancer is a recruitment platform (ATS + CRM) built for independent recruiters and small hiring teams. It solves the operational chaos of running searches across spreadsheets, boards, emails and messages by centralizing every role, candidate and conversation in one place. Recruiters manage their processes in a kanban-style pipeline, import LinkedIn profiles with a Chrome extension, parse résumés with AI, and automate candidate feedback without losing a professional tone. Candidates access their status through a link — no install required — and always know where their application stands. The result: less time on repetitive tasks, a clear experience for candidates, and a stronger reputation for the recruiter. Built for the Spanish-speaking market.
