The initial setup was also pretty easy. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I still enjoy using physical business cards, and I don't come across a lot of people that are also using digital business cards. **What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?** I mainly use HiHello for my email's digital signature. It makes it easy to get contact info without carrying business cards, but I still carry them. ### 2. A service hopefully ahead of its need **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024 **What do you like best about HiHello?** The user interface was cute and simple for easy useability. **What do you dislike about HiHello?** I didn't find the content particularly necessary for my role and purposes, and the concept of a wholly digital business card limits useabiltly with the business partners I currently interact. While young groups of business professionals may be able to network with this form of service, it feels lacking in purpose for the needs I encounter, and easily antiquated if my role were to change or the company not maintain details. Phyical cards offer greater purpose in remaining phyiscally present in marketing and reminding holders, can be quickly updated in the event of changes in contact info or adding personal details, etc. **What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't observe any immediate use and have not returned to the product after initial set up. **Official Response from Lily Zay:** > We're glad to hear that you found the user interface cute and simple to use.
