Before implementing Hightouch we had get our dev teams involved in updating our Salesforce integration to include new data points, this would often take weeks to fit into a sprint or have it prioritised at all.

I was able to get Hightouch connected to my application and Churnzero very quickly and I had my first sync running within 15 minutes. The UX is simple, and the way the data is structured is smart. Example: I decided to export some of my data to a spreadsheet, and I was able to use the same query very easily but simply hooking it up to a new destination. Quite honestly I have not found anything specific that I don't like about Hightouch.
