First thing I like the ease of navigating through each section. I really like the number of destinations hightouch has. It is very easy to connect models and destinations to each other. The amount of destinations is also extremely helpful in terms of how many different places you can send and port data into. Instead of expensive and potentially complex Zapier automations, we use hightouch to solve the same problem at a fraction of both the cost, and the complexity. I quite like their service. Since I started using Hightouch, its ease of use has won me over. The ease with which we harmonized our system, connecting our business database to Salesforce, stands out. We have a use case where we wanted to pull data from different apps that we are using and send it to the warehouse, and then after doing some changes need to send it in mixpanel so that, based on the data we can generate reports and all the tools that we are supported by the hightouch so this is how it solves our problem. I was shocked at how easy it was to setup and use hightouch. I was dreading building this integration between Bigquery and Hubspot, but hightouch made it not just easy to setup, but super easy to iterate and add more to it as well. Truly, very very impressed. Nothing too crazy yet -- did need to fight a little for perms, so maybe some explanations on why specific permission sets are required would be great, but honestly, awesome experience. I love hightouch's model/sync categorization, it allows me to create re-usable models that save time. I also love its built-in CDC capability, leads to strong performance by reducing duplicate insertion requests. As we use some extremely slow analysis tooling, this is crucial for our workflow. In particular, the option in the Airtable connector to create and modify the end table schema would be hugely impactful and save a ton of time going back-and-forth making sure the columns match when I update a model. Aside from that , the tool has been instrumental in getting all our data syncing correctly to our CRM tooling. This in turn has allowed us to drive more personalised and impactful comms to our customers and prospects. What do you dislike about Hightouch? The error messages when syncs fail are sometimes not helpful and could be improved.
