I am pleased that Highspot has continued to develop quickly to meet customer needs. We started with the CMS side with our marketing materials and quickly added the training component. Now we're looking at the Meeting Intelligence for call recording and coaching. In the past we had 3 separate vendors for these actions. Highspot's UI is easy to use for any kind of user persona and the customizable landing page and integrations make it simple to correlate content to user and have the user leverage the content. Implementation and integration is easy on the platform, it is more difficult on the content governance side than within the platform, adding content is easy and keeping content up to date is a quick step.
