SkyCommerce turns an online store's chat into a sales channel. Built by HighSky AI for e-commerce stores with large catalogues that have outgrown basic tools, it is a managed AI suite with the AI Sales Agent at its core. The AI Sales Agent works the way a store's best salesperson would. It works out what the shopper actually needs, recommends the right product, answers the hesitation before the shopper leaves, upsells when it makes sense, and completes the order - cart, discount codes, stock and checkout - inside the conversation. Each agent message generates an average of €0.50-1.00 in attributed revenue. HighSky AI sets the agent up on the store's own catalogue and systems and keeps tuning it after launch.
