What do you like best about HighQ?

It's a powerful automation tool that helps automating any kind of documents into intelligent documents with conditional logics and clauses text set up for which user has to answer series of questions and then depending on the selection made document will appear.

Automating and then pulling data from data systems to overall simplify the document generation and avoid manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighQ?

I find it little less user friendly from developers point of view, you have to download it's addin and then it will show in MS word ribbon, from where you can create bookmarks , nothing like drag drop functionality like other tool as HotDocs but from end user pov no difference. What do you like best about HighQ?

It's very friendly and easy to use. Really reduced training times compared to previous products we have used. Additional bonus, when you update the version, the documents update automatically as well. What should not be overlooked is how it is designed to meet compliance and compliant rules. For large firms like I am at, this is invaluable. The user interface is clean, straight forward, and well designed. We like it better the Microsoft Sharepoint. While we still have MS Sharepoint, we are phasing it out in favor of this most likely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighQ?

The cost of storage could be friendlier. It's not cheap, but some argue you get what you paid for. The API is not cheap as well. I hope this changes in the future as time goes on. Some users had issues with the iSheet integration. I think this will be updated according to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HighQ:

I would talk to someone that actually uses it to hear the benefits first-hand. I think Microsoft Sharepoint is so popular, that this product gets overlooked. It would be best to find someone that moved from MS Sharepoint to this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well reliability for one thing. We had issues with Microsoft Sharepoint and reliability, and no issues as of yet. We also enjoy the speed of granting permissions to our clients. This wasn't so easy with MS Sharepoint, nor as reliable. Also, signing of documents is much better than ever before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
