Highlight was helpful for getting both qualitative and quantitive feedback on my product, with a highly relevant target audience. The feedback I received came in the form of a massive excel file, which, while helpful to have so much info at my fingertips, was a bit overwhelming since I don't think I received high level insights for all of it (ie the psychographic info).
