If you just need a survey, you can probably get more competitive rates elsewhere. Highlight should implement some lower cost surveys that don't require inhome testing. The Highlight team is as hands-on or off as you want them to be. They'll take on most of the work but let you be involved every step of the way. The granular targeting ability with their existing participant database is unique and impressive, and the data you'll receive is invaluable.
