What do you like best about HighLevel?

I enjoy using HighLevel because of its user-friendly and easy-to-understand design, making it an intuitive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that simplifies my tasks. HighLevel is especially effective in managing email sequences and automating bulk email dispatch, which has significantly streamlined the email marketing process for me. Moreover, it's a fantastic tool for lead management. I can easily track lead progress across various stages of my sales funnel and pipeline, and generating reports is straightforward, which enhances my ability to analyze and improve business strategies. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I find the support chat accessibility in HighLevel to be lacking. Unlike other CRM tools where the chat support icon is readily available and pops up on the side, HighLevel does not provide this convenience. What do you like best about HighLevel?

High Level, is fantastic easy to use has so many features from Sales and Marketing

very quick has minimal drop outs, can book meetings directly and add and change snippets for generated emails, has excellent calendar feature to directly book generated meetings, group sales and contacts it has made my life a lot easier able to get to contacts and open notes and data add notes and details

acess to call back dates enjoy working with High Low Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

the only downside is sometimes on calendar the data ie booking a time does not appear and you have to book manually and it can at times freeze or drop out but it is not often i use High low daily all day so on it for a length of time.I have not had to reach out for customer support myself, it is very easy to use and integrate for mail outs i found it very easy to implement and navigate through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
