I really like HighLevel's conversation inbox; it's my personal favorite feature. It lets me communicate with potential and existing customers while having a complete history and record of their account and interactions with us. Besides that, HighLevel offers a variety of features that I use both in the background and on the front end. The AI agents we previously discussed are also great, and I appreciate the ability to quickly create funnels.
