**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

It has a lot of useful features such as the zapier like automation.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Support is non existent. Even if you are paying for the agency level account. Unless you pay even more support will not respond to serious issues for days. We've been dealing with issues with the main phone number, they assigned us when we signed up, not being able to receive calls for 3 days now with zero response from support.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly new customer management. When the phones work it's okay. When they don't work no support to fix them.

I love that we can integrate multiple things with ease.

A lot of these "Free" add-ons in the marketplace don't actually get added on even when you install and add the api key. Some of the add=ons are awfully glitchy.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to schedule tours, visits, classes through the calendar integration. 
Messages can be scheduled in bulk, responses can be adjusted as necessary.

All in one. Highly customizable. Like object oriented coding.

Please remove the 10% ad spend thin from your ad manager so I can switch away from uphex without dealing with 10% higher CPL.

Internal notifications can be super delayed sometimes. Up to a full day.

Sometimes texts take a while to send or they send but appear out of order on the client phone.

I don't dislike anything. The fact that I can't always keep up with the advances is not a bad thing. I needed help to maximize the possibilities. GHL reminded me that although I have these great tools, I need a team to grow and scale.

High Level is great at multitasking, plus it integrates into all of our systems. We use it every day, as its simplicity makes using the interface feel natural.

There tends to be consistent lagging issues and sometimes the WAVV dialer won't sync with High Level.

High Level is the brains and foundation of our success currently. It is good at serving as a CRM.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

Oh goodness, I like that it's all-in-one and the team has a relentless drive for innovation so it's always improving. I also love that at the heart of its feature set are communication and automation which is essential for any business these days.

When you look at similar tools in the space, at similar price points, one of the key features that stands HighLevel apart is unified inbox, and particularly the use of two-way SMS. Similar platforms in the space allow for only one-way SMS, or do not touch the functionality at all.

The customer support, while backed up at times, is truly great for a company growing as fast as theirs. Just the other day I was able to jump on a zoom call with a support rep and get my question answered. 

I use HighLevel daily and have shifted to building exclusively in this platform for our clients.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

If I had to choose something I dislike about the platform, it would be the fact that the "desktop" version of the platform isn't mobile-friendly. This means you are limited to the functionality in the mobile app. Other tools like systeme.io work flawlessly on all mobile devices, so you truly can run your business from anywhere (but I'm not switching just for that). 

Many people are bothered by the learning curve. But I'm not. Anything worth mastering takes time and attention.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HighLevel solves the problem of having to duct tape a bunch of tools together or rely on 3rd party tools to combine all your data and information. It's one place for everything.

Too many features that takes a non-marketing person a long time to figure out what the fundamental setup is to start their business. Maybe there should be pre-configured packages that make integration with domains etc easier.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

After DECADES of patching tools together I have finally found a tool that does it all. Seriously. Everything a small business needs from a website to texting to making appointments to collecting monday to gathering company reviews. All in a single software package. As an agency owner, convincing my clients to use GHL is very easy. They save money on several subscriptions. And they can spend more time working ON their business not IN (the tech) of their business. Note: I've been at this game since 1998. There isn't a CRM I havent used so I have high bar to be impressed. GHL has flown over that bar, done a back handspring and stuck the landing. Way to go!

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

This isn't a dislike but more of a reminder that comes with all software. There are a lot of features in there. If you try to use every feature or jump on every change they release (and they release a lot of changes) you are going to get overwhelm and frustrated. Focus on the 2-3 minimum features you need to get revenue flowing in your business. Then dip into the other features little by little.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an agency this is very easy solution to deploy. I can create model CRM snapshots and easy replicate them as we onboard each client. Plus it's very easy to get a new instance up and running if I'm on the phone with a new client that just paid. It's built for agencies.

I've only been using HighLevel for about a year now, and it has been the most helpful tool within my business, hands-down. The amount of features it has, the ideas and improvements process, and their ability to develop user focused enhancements really showcases how much they care about their customers. Their company is the definition of a wildly efficient positive feedback loop. Love GHL.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Their lower level support could be slightly more educated on the technical side of things, but other than that I have nothing I dislike about HighLevel.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that HighLevel is most useful when it comes to the Idea to Implementation process. I can have an idea for a new business, marketing strategy, or software tool, and have it created within HL in just a few days. I use it a lot to build new sites, automations, pipelines, and standalone products to help market my business.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I love how integrated the entire platform is and evolves to be.  They dev team is top notch.  The leadership team is unbelievable and champion all their users and are actively involved with HighLevel.  HighLevel has helped me generate millions in sales.

It's hard to say anything that I dislike about HighLevel, but if I have to say something, it would be that there are so many feature updates, like on a weekly basis that it can feel daunting to learn and master them all.

**What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It literally has solved most all software problems I had and that was piecemealing all the softwares I was using and made it easy to use and is intuitive for me.

**What do you like best about HighLevel?**

I've been an entreprenuer since 1999, and was an early adopter of implementing online booking for my hair salon, about 20 years ago. 

It's not common that hairstyling and stacking software for professions live in the same space.   However, my business road lead me down the path of utilizing several software platforms to automate many of my business tasks before automation was a "thing". 

What I can share with you is that, over the years...with one salon software company, as a small business I had spent $10,000+ on seperate software modules, and only in the end left them because they always promised upgrades, but the upgrades would never come. 

My use of High Level are many.   I use it for both of my family "mom & pop" businesses.   Salon & an Auto Repair Garage. 

Next, I am a business consultant and Coach...and HighLevel has, in my professional opinion, everything you would need as a coach because you can build courses & even build a community. 

After using HighLevel for about 6 months, I did cancel ever other software that I was previously using.  This did have a nice financial year benefit to cutting down on costs. 

I'd have to say that my favorite things about the platform are:

>The speed in which they build or improve features
>They have weekly zoom meetings for what's going on with internal product launches
>Support - They offer chat, or live Zoom support

And by far, my favorite thing yet has been attending their LIVE EVENTS.    They are about EDUCATION, and not PITCHING.   The owners are at the events and are so down to earth. 

And the Facebook Community is just a deep well of like-minded people.  


I've experienced my annual costs paying for themselves rather quickly within my own salon business, because, if I had to suggest which would be my FAVORITE solution/feature it would be the Missed Call Textback.    I have peace of mind, knowing that if I miss a call, then the easy to set up automation, will send a text back to the potential new customer.   


Basically, in a nutshell, I'm a professional that uses Highlevel on every level.    In my business and as a business. 

What you can digitally do with HighLevel is only limited to your imagination.   

The value for the price really doesn't seem equally matched for all that they provide, but I'm glad they do.

**What do you dislike about HighLevel?**

Only once in awhile a ticket gets handled by too many support reps, inside the ticket system,  but I haven't ever experienced HighLevel not getting to the bottom of things. 

And the other thing I dislike is...not finding HighLevel sooner!

Saves my business time, and has helped to improve my customer's experience.

HighLevel isn't flawless. When you first purchase HighLevel its overly exciting, overwhelming and not overly helpful. HL provides all the articles in Support, videos on Youtube, but not an easy A through Z of the basics. Really feels like you purchase it and you're on your own. Now I don't hold HL personally accountable for this BECAUSE they do so much, they are always innovating from member voting, and it's a lot... but if that were offered for the basic... it would be a big win.

I like that HighLevel has all the CRM, marketing (including email marketing) and workflow automation features that I need in one tightly integrated system. Their customer support system is always the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any SaaS platform.

The AI Chatbot feature isn't that great. I need to use another, purpose-built AI chatbot platform instead.

I use HighLevel for myself as well as for my clients. It centralises all the key functionality of running a marketing function for my clients' businesses into one platform so it's very very easy to manage. HighLevel also solves my clients' paintpoints of having to pay for multiple different softwares (e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zapier etc.) by having all that functionality in one platform with one fee.
