What do you like best?

Highfive's ease of use and intuitive interface deserve special mention. Some videoconferencing tools end up getting lost in the midst of so many features, but Highfive doesn't do that, it's simple and tasks like sending invitations, muting participants, broadcasting options etc are well labeled and easily accessible, thus facilitating the work of moderators and video call participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Unfortunately Highfive does not work very well with weaker or unstable internet connections which sometimes results in lags, especially when the user uses mobile internet provided by some telephone company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you or your company value ease-of-use then Highfive is a great option, even people without much knowledge of video conferencing tools have quickly adapted to Highfive thanks mainly to its intuitiveness and clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Highfive was implemented in our company with the goal of being our videoconferencing solution and it accomplished that very well. As a network that has branches and offices spread across different cities and regions we needed a good videoconferencing tool for various situations like meetings between Team leaders, lectures, campaign campaigns and training of employees from a distance, after some research Highfive was chosen, mainly for its ease of use and intuitiveness. What do you like best?

Highfive is wonderful for your colleagues in other spaces when you need to have a meeting with them. If both teams can not be physically together in the same place, they can even use HighFive and establish communication. It has a very friendly interface for videoconferencing, recording and linking members worldwide for cooperation. It provides a great quality of audio and video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, the voice in the calls sounds repetitive when I use it for mobile communication. This is very frustrating and I would like it to be solved, as I think every HighFive platform in my company has these problems. Also, it does not have Linux version. I frequently use it only on MacOS to take HighFive contacts and I consider it to be very annoying because I am obligated to reboot MacOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highfive is excellent to host internal gatherings or invite an external party from a distant location to your team. It is suitable for electronic communications of general businesses. In contrast to standard cameras or any other devices, the only disadvantage is that proprietary equipment has to be used in a dedicated meeting room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For conferences in remote offices and staff, we use Highfive all across our business. Our division is split into one office on each side and Highfive makes us always feel connected. This is beneficial for most departments in my company, especially IT, Marketing, Sales, Finances and HR departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Highfive is well marked and easy to understand, without having to read or engage in extensive training courses online. You also have the option to record the meeting if you want to. The Highfive quality in audio and video is quite good, although minimum hardware needed to run it. Also, there is a Chrome HighFive plugin available, which allows me to use the app from the browser, and it's just great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Due to the location of our company, the internet connection isn't that strong and Highfive does not offer options for slow connections. However, we understand this problem is more related to us than to Highfive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

HighFive is a very good option for online conferences. It is ideal for multi-office businesses and workers in the sector. However, it is not the greatest option to hold long webinars with a lot of people involved. It's not suitable for you if you have customers that don't feel comfortable doing online calls, I know it's just a minority but some of our most classic clients prefer to maintain communication via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Highfive have been installed within our company to enable internal and external video conferences. It is used across the whole company for easy communication with our groups. It is very useful for interviews, for a collaborative group meetings or for a deck gathering of all the stakeholders. Highfive has allowed the team to remain close to one another, even though some of our offices are physically far away.  Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like Highfive for its simplicity, you don`t need to have an admin access and it`s enough to set up browser plugins. This platform provides our company with an opportunity to have conferences where to we can join employees that are absent, partners or people outside the company and the quality of connection doesn`t depend on what we use: laptop, computer or a mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I have a single complaint connected with Highfive's lag on screen sharing. Even with having quite good internet connection, there is a minor delay between audio and the screen image going through, so if you are showing something to other users, they hardly won't be able to see it for a few seconds after your speaking. This is a difficult issue. I actually haven't seen many other products do anything better, however, something to work on, perhaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend you to take a closer look into Highfive. Highfive is a great way to connect with people all around the world. But if you can`t pay such price, you have to look for something else, there are a lot of similar to Highfive, but cheaper. Evaluate why you want to choose this and compare against choices. If you have already determined that indeed Highfive will serve you best, then with more details regarding why, we maybe able to further answer this question or point you in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Highfive has a large quantity of benefits. Firstly, you don't even need to install the app. If you want to join the meeting, the only one thing you need is opening an URL in your web browser. Secondly, you are going to have an opportunity to share several screens concomitantly. Therefore, it doesn’t take too much time to review all the questions, because you don't have to wait your turn. But what I like most of all is that the passwords are completely absent. You have to authorize only one time and then you will be logged in on the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I found HighFive a great software to use. First, installation was very easy on my work laptop. Second, it was so easy to create "meetings" that others can join. Others join by getting a link of the "meeting". Thirdly, during the meeting, it was so easy to navigate a meeting and interact with others. We interact by sharing our screens and/or real time videos of ourselves. Everything was intuitive. From set up, to meeting creation, to software navigation, and to performance - -everything was easy and seamless.

Loved that the whole thing is cloud based. Our company has the software installed in the board room and that is very helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike. The whole thing was so easy to use. It doesn't take a genius to use High Five. But the product was by no means for idiots. It did the job it was set out to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

To give it a try. It is really easy and it does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want quick real time access to people and to be able to conduct discussions on things we would like to share from our computer and still keep that communication with others who are not in the same room. The benefit of HighFive is that it has enabled us to conduct meetings as if everyone was in the same room and on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We have the professional level kit with the dolby microphone and the overall call clarity (both video and sound) is far better than any other tool we've used. It is so easy and has made our team look forward to our meetings throughout the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We've encountered a few bugs here and there with others in a virtual space (not in the home office with main camera and mic). Nothing major, but over time, those bugs could be very annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have 3 remote employees. It is difficult to connect with the home office at times. It is hard to gauge the mood of the room and really connect during meetings. I don't like that it doesn't show a list of nearby connected conference TVs to select from to connect, you have to start a search before it gives you suggestions. Glad to hear that you enjoy using Highfive!

In terms of the application not seeing the nearby TVs, that is not acting the way it should. It should use Bluetooth to find nearby Highfive devices so that you don't have to manually search for it. We'd like to look into this more for you. Can you please email us at help@highfive.com so that we can look into it? Thanks!

What do you like best?

The sound quality is the best feature of HighFive. The hardware that they provided us makes it so much easier for us to hear and be heard by our remote employees.
