What do you like best about HigherVisibility?

The initial team we spoke with was very knowledgeable regarding our SEO challenges. There was a good potential for something positive to come from the relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HigherVisibility?

Higher Visibility only cares about their customer to the point you sign their service contract. After this point, you are assigned a Brand Success Manager who does not provide any deliverables feedback or even meetings. The only deliverable we received was a monthly invoice. Recommendations to others considering HigherVisibility:

There are tons of SEO firms out there. Look for one that delivers something more than an invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HigherVisibility solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, the only service Higher Visibility is providing is an invoice. The only problem they are solving is the recurring monthly bill for no services rendered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
