**What do you like best about Higher Gear?**

I like that it's easy to use and view leads.

**What do you dislike about Higher Gear?**

I have seen better CRM systems that are a bit easier to navigate and are more common. I don't like the layout of Higher Gear.

**What problems is Higher Gear solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing leads and tracking leads. I compare them to Facebook leads. This system is beneficial for me when it comes to leads.
