Higharc solves the overwhelming data management problems that production home building creates. Home building lags behind other industries in technology, I am thankful Higarc saw the industry gaps and has created a solution! My favorite part about using the software is that it allows our Product Development Team to create product in real time. When an elevation or floor plan is ready to be finalized, our drafter shares his screen with the Team and we make live edits as a group. This would have been unimaginable 2 years ago. We were used to outsourcing all drafting which caused weeks of delays between edits on plans. Higharc allows us to visualize the homes in 3D, leading to an elevated product and a reduction in errors that can't be seen in just 2D. I could go on and on, we are big fans! Something to note it that there are areas of Higharc that are still in development (like most software, progress is continual). That being said Higharc has always done a great job of hearing our feedback, implementing it, and keeping us informed of the direction the software is eveolving. I think the greatest upside to Higharc is how much quicker you can create and edit rooms compared to other programs.
