Honestly nothing - I would've liked to have a better understanding into onboarding timing, etc - but that is just as much on the user as it is on the platform. As the developer, it can be incredibly frustrating to bridge the gap between designers, architects, contractors and subs - only to still be delivered a product that misses the mark. Higharc has a single source of information that is used through marketing, sales, drafting, and purchasing. It is a quick program to draft in, allowing quick updates to master plan files. Within minutes of sitting down with a customer a plan set can be autogenerated. Also, there are great 3D graphics with an easy to use interface to improve the customer experience. However, because of their great customer service this is usually fixed very quickly. Also, the detach part of the program could be more refined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Higharc solving and how is that benefiting you? (1) Visualization to the customer: For years we have drawn in 3D but have found that it was always difficult to get that 3D graphic to the customer. Higharc's starts with the customer's experience and allows interaction with the 3D model through choices. (2) Consistency across departments: When the drafting department updated a plan that would mean it would need to be updated in many different places by many different people. With Higharc, you update the plan one time, and it's updated in all locations. (3) Speed of producing plans: With Higharc you can print off a plan after the options are picked by the customer. We lean more towards the custom side of production so that is not always the case (we have to do some modification afterwords). However, Higharc has been continuing to work with us to make this part of the program more streamline and faster. I do believe this overtime will drastically reduce our drawing times.
