I have used many 3-D software programs before, and they all have their positives and negatives. The thing about Higharc that makes it shine above the others is that when issues do come up, the Higharc team is very responsive and helpful in working out a solution. **What do you dislike about Higharc?** I would like more of an ability to customize the user interface, like AutoCAD and other software offers. We are not fully implemented yet, so other items might come up, but this is the biggest thing so far. **What problems is Higharc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our vision is that Higharc will help us in construction document turnaround time/accuracy (reducing human error) customer-facing marketing. **Official Response from Tori Lindsey Wiercinski:** > Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Rob! HighArc Beginner **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025 **What do you like best about Higharc?** The most helpful thing about HighArc is the ability to create multiple elevation styles of one floorplan in one central location as one file. The upsides to using HighArc I think will be the ability to add more options and make all the options viewable in 3D for our buyers. **What do you dislike about Higharc?** The least helpful thing about HighArc is how different it is from setting up a simple house plan compared to something like AutoCAD with simple lines. HighArc uses layouts that I am just learing how to use but it is not as straight forward as a simple line drawing. I am not sure if I know what the downsides of using HighArc are yet since I have not had a chance to dive into it too much. **What problems is Higharc solving and how is that benefiting you?** HighArc will make it easier to make changes when it is just in one location for a home layout instead of 8 different files for different elevation types as well as garage left and right and 2 and 3 car garages. **Official Response from Tori Lindsey Wiercinski:** > Thank you for your feedback! They also have an awesome team who are always willing to help and solve issues as they arise. **What do you dislike about Higharc?** Currently we are unable to produce a CD Set that will allow us to obtain permits in the majority of building departments that we work with.
