**What do you like best about High Five?**

The branding and logo are fun. The connections seemed to work well.

**What do you dislike about High Five?**

It was not as straightforward and user-friendly as I would have hoped. It was difficult to learn and for others outside of our organization to use as well.

**Recommendations to others considering High Five:**

Have solid training for all of your staff and be ready to support them as they use the service.

**What problems is High Five solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a service that gave us the ability to connect via video as an organization.
