It uses a lot of credits compared to competitors, and the credits are very expensive. The user interface is terrible. The setup was quite difficult because it's tricky to get past their system of constantly asking to upgrade. Customer service is in need of improvement. I canceled my subscription, but it was not canceled, and I was charged again. After an accidental subscription renewal that I never actually used (I logged in for about 15 minutes and logged out), support declined any refund by citing Terms of Use Section 9.3, which limits refund eligibility to the initial purchase and excludes renewals. It is really disappointing to see a company of this size try to shut down a reasonable request by hiding behind a Terms of Use document that almost no one ever really reads. Refunds are promised in policy, but in practice they don’t honor it.
