Hidma is the time tracking and billing platform for professional services firms - accounting practices, law firms, consultancies and architecture studios that bill for their people's time. Teams log time, managers approve it, and bills flow through one structured workflow - no spreadsheets, no copy-pasting between tools. Hidma applies the right rate automatically using a flexible hierarchy (user, team, job, project or client), so every hour is billed correctly without manual lookups. What firms use Hidma for: - Accurate billing - automatic rate selection and precision billing controls, from time entry through to invoicing and payment. - Work-in-progress visibility - see exactly how much unbilled work is sitting across every client, project and team member, so you invoice faster and protect cash flow. - Budget control - set project budgets and get automatic alerts (for managers and the team) when spend hits 80%, so work stays profitable. - Profitability insight - turn logged time into data on utilisation, realisation and margin. - Multi-entity support - run several businesses or offices from one system as you grow. - Built for the people who actually use it: team members logging hours, managers approving work, and finance handling invoicing and payments.
