Some options don’t seem to be available in the current version. For example, when I add evidence to each clause, it shows as “pass” with just one piece of evidence, even though it requires multiple pieces of evidence to be considered passed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hicomply?

This platform is very straightforward and user-friendly. The dashboard makes it easy to track your progress in reviewing company policies, and the 'Status' field helps you quickly identify any documents that still need to be accepted. The reading modal can be expanded to fullscreen and then minimized again without any issues, and it also provides options to download or print the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

There is an element of the dashboard that could be improved. While there is a completion tracking graph, there are two others are just big red crosses. Having accepted 100% of the documents, these graphs do not make sense to me and could make one anxious as there is no additional information provided about this graph and it relates to compliance. Considering the sheer volume and complexity of compliance documents that often require review, having an integrated option to listen to these documents would greatly improve usability. This kind of auditory support could make it easier to process large amounts of information and help reduce reading fatigue, particularly during lengthy compliance review sessions. Although many devices now provide external text-to-speech solutions, incorporating this functionality directly within Hicomply would create a more seamless experience, enabling users to listen to documents without needing to switch between different applications or depend on third-party tools. Introducing such a feature would not only enhance accessibility but also support multitasking and make the process of reviewing compliance documents more user-friendly overall.
