What do you like best about Hicomply?

I like how Hicomply allows up-to-date documents to be safely secured in one place without worrying about version history. I appreciate how simple the dashboard is, showing exactly what needs to be completed. It's really useful to see straight away which files haven't been viewed and need reviewing. What do you dislike about Hicomply?

What do you like best about Hicomply?

Fantastic Ease of Use, Integration and Implementation through the information loaded within the Hi-Comply Platform throughout the Key-Stages of an ISMS (Policies, Procedures and Risk Assessment), to help get companies effective alignment with effective Information Security has been a breath of fresh air. The Customer Support that has been required from the Hi-Comply Team - from learning the Platform and make it unique to the requirements of the Business to completing an Evaluation of Cyber-Security through Penetration Testing has been top quality. What do you dislike about Hicomply?

I have not encountered any real downfalls with Hi-Comply. Just the Platform 'in-editing' tools for things like creating policies, could be more effective to achieve the desired formatting outputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hicomply?

The upsides are that we can use it to structure our ISMS and make the experience of external audits easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

The interface lacks some features that would be very useful. For example, searching a key phrase contained within documents (policies, procedures, records) and being able to find the relevant document.

Also, the customer support is not good. At times it is openly hostile, suggesting that a platform wide issue is user error. Also the content sometimes looks copied from a general AI platform that has no knowledge of the Hicomply system, and isn't appropriate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times, the platform feels somewhat rigid when I try to customise specific workflows or documentation. There are a few areas that could be more intuitive, particularly for newcomers who are still getting familiar with the system. What do you like best about Hicomply?

I appreciate Hicomply’s good looking interface, which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very easy to use, making navigation simple and enhancing my overall experience with the software. The notifications and reminders feature effectively keeps me informed about pending tasks, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks without my knowledge. This proactive approach to reminders is invaluable in managing policies efficiently. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Hicomply to be very easy, which significantly lowered the barrier to entry and allowed a smooth transition from using our HR system. The ease of setup and user-friendly interface together make the software approachable for users of all levels, enabling me to focus on policy handling without struggling with the system itself. What do you dislike about Hicomply?

I don't like how we were automatically registered for marketing emails without consent. This was not a good experience, and it would be better if each user had the ability to opt-in individually instead of being opted in as a bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hicomply?

I appreciate the simple layout and user interface of the portal, as it makes it easy to view all the documents I need to review. The progress bar at the top also helps me quickly track how much I have completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

Since the view buttons are not underlined, they are not immediately recognizable as clickable elements. I would also recommend updating the status indicators: when an item has been accepted, the color should change to green, and when it is pending, perhaps use an amber or red color. What do you like best about Hicomply?

I like Hicomply for its notifications feature, which alerts me whenever a controlled document receives an update. This helps me stay informed about any changes in the documents I need to review or retrieve for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

I dislike the way notifications are handled. Currently, everyone is notified for every document, which isn't relevant to all. I think it would be better if users could be assigned to certain groups, allowing documents to be linked to those groups so that updates notify only the members of that group.
