What do you like best about Hicomply?

The platform enables you to move beyond using monolithic spreadsheets, making it easier to record what matters most to you.

The built-in policies and procedures are of excellent quality and have helped me identify areas that needed improvement. They are straightforward to edit and can be customised to match your organisation’s branding.

Support has been outstanding, and I especially appreciate the ability to transfer relevant elements from one certification to another when there is overlap, which helps eliminate redundant work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hicomply?

As with any product, technical issues can occasionally arise. One particular issue took a bit longer to resolve than I would have preferred, but fortunately, it did not affect compliance or certification. What do you like best about Hicomply?

I really liked how everything was stored in one place and on a simple single screen. I also like the fact you get updates when there are documents there that haven't been reviewed. I have yet to need customer support for anything, but then again I'm only a user, not an administrator. I also really like how you can view / download / print documents all from the same viewer. What do you dislike about Hicomply?

I have sometimes found it difficult to login because it doesn't think I'm human, this is probably because I use 1Password to store all my credentials and it is all automated. That would be one of my recommendations for the team, test loging in with common password managers (including inbuilt browser implimentations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Hicomply for its clear videos and easy access through the web portal. The videos and information are short and digestible which is great for keeping up with training. I find it simple to use, and it fits easily into my working day and schedule. The quick access is a huge benefit, as the speed of logging on helps me get training done efficiently. What do you like best about Hicomply?

It takes a short time to get used to the platform. But combined with their expertise and partners I feel as though using HiComply greatly simplified our ISO process and in turn has improved our company. Their automation system is very good for evidence collection and it integrates well with our other platforms to sync tickets across. It was fairly easy to implement this into our company.
