Some of the processes were a bit clunky. For example when we downloaded a template, amended it and then attempt to re-upload, we occasionally got error messages, but it wasn't really clear what the issue was.

I would say one other feature which I didn't really like was that when you click on tasks, it populates all tasks including repeating tasks for the following years. This can be confusing sometimes and also means that you are looking at a lot more data than you need to on one screen. It would be good to be able to filter tasks by year. I’ve been using HiComply for three years, and it has been instrumental in helping us achieve compliance with PCI-DSS and ISO 27001:2022 standards. I really liked how everything was stored in one place and on a simple single screen. I also like the fact you get updates when there are documents there that haven't been reviewed. I have yet to need customer support for anything, but then again I'm only a user, not an administrator. I also really like how you can view / download / print documents all from the same viewer. I have sometimes found it difficult to login because it doesn't think I'm human, this is probably because I use 1Password to store all my credentials and it is all automated. That would be one of my recommendations for the team, test loging in with common password managers (including inbuilt browser implimentations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From my experience with HiComply it is an easy to use solution for ISMS. It is easy to navigate around and makes our ISO Certification Audit a breeze compared to before.

The Online tool is very easy to use and guided us all the way through the process for our ISO certrications. The onboarding with the Hicomply team is also excellent and very indepth, allowing us to implement quickly and efficeintly.

I can easily navigate the site without much issue on first time usage. A list of pending policies and procedures is provided for my review and acceptance which is a very nice feature as allows me to continue on those items still pending my action. I receive a large volume of email notifications for each policy and procedure awaiting my acceptance. With the implementation of grouped email notifications, I believe the need for individual notifications could be eliminated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have migrated from another platform, and I find Hicomply a lot easier to navigate and more straightforward. I didn't have to guess functions or learn much, as the platform is quite intuitive. I'm not a fan of the Notifications tab. When opening the dropdown it isn't very clear that the items are expandable, it looks like it's only possible to close each item, what can be a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company is working on getting ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. HiComplay ensures our team can work together using a relatively user-friendly platform to keep updates flowing and work through all required tasks within an allocated timeframe. We have set deadlines to complete the tasks by, and the platform has helped us lay out how much time each week we need to be working on the tasks to complete our goals. HiComply provides detailed and useful templates that our users can easily tailor to our company's ways of working. The support we have had from the HiComply team has been excellent, and they are always on hand to help with any issues. I think the downside to the platform is the initial onboarding can be a little bit full-on to start with. There is alot to take in, and some users can find it a little overwhelming. Hicomply has completely transformed the way that we manage our ISO27001 certification. We purchased HiComply a few months before our re-certification was due for ISO27001:2022. Having previously been on the 2013 standard we needed to update all of our documentation. Zoe worked with us to set up everything up and show us how to use the platform most efficiently. She has been an amazing support to myself and my colleague as we navigated through this process. She made everything clear and easy to understand and was always on hand with any queries we had. She was also able to recommend some auditors for us. We have recently passed our audit and I have a lot to thank Zoe for, her attention and detail was second to none and this was genuinely the best software onbaording experience that I have had.
