All the features available on the platform are really easy to use once you've had the onboarding and they interlink where appropriate, so completing the risk assessment for example, helps populate your SoA. Also, all the required policies and procedures are written and linked to the relevant controls and evidence - all you have to do is customise to your organisation. The onboarding is amazing as well as the ongoing support. Nothing is too much trouble and you always get a response really quickly. If you ever feel that there could be any improvements to the usability or a function that would help manage your ISMS, you can raise a ticket and if its possible to implement, it usually is. There's nothing I dislike about HiComply. Any suggestions regarding the functionality of the platform are usually implemented if its possible to do so, or are logged for future improvement. HiComply brings all of our policies, procedures, records, risk assessment and evidence into one place, ensuring that they are regularly reviewed, compliant and ready for our internal and external ISO 27001 audit. It is helping us manage our accountability requirements under ISO27001 and UK GDPR by for example, ensuring our staff are reading mandatory documents and are receiving their training. That helps us enforce information security accountability to everyone within our organisation. It is providing us with a solution for keeping track of our risk and our risk treatment - all in one easy to use platform. From start to finish, the service and engagement from Hicomply has been fantastic. The clear and concise instructions and guidance from each session to the next were superb. We liked it so much that we implemented their check-in style and communications into our own business. Whenever we had any questions, the team were always on hand to offer advice between check-ins and always responded with care and professionalism. Coming from a Health & Safety background, I really appreciated the structure and ease that the platform provided—particularly the indicators showing who had completed their readings and what tasks needed to be actioned. Between the regular check-ins with Laura and the guidance found in the articles, we found the whole process very helpful and nowhere near as daunting as we first imagined.
