**What do you like best about HHCinfinity?**

I like the account id that is associated with each patient and employee. I also like that you could modify your searches from address and phone, to birth listings, and authorization ending reminders. I also like how you could get a print of the patient's address in labels format which makes for easy mailings. I like that you can classify the nurses, aides, and other theraphy workers by their hire date or location. 

**What do you dislike about HHCinfinity?**

Everything then was manual we had to physically transfer all information from paper into electronics..

**Recommendations to others considering HHCinfinity:**

They have been updating and upgrading the software so its made some major improvements

**What problems is HHCinfinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used HHS 3000 for our Medicaid and Medicare data for our patients and employees
