The technographic data is unrivaled. This tool provides amazing detail on contracts and spend with every technology vendor you can imagine, and really helps us with TAM analysis, GTM strategies and helps our account teams understand where key displacement opportunities are. The standard company firmographics are also fantastic, revenue, employees, locations, etc. Its become our absolute source of truth for this information and territoty planning. There are some limitations when it comes to Public Sector and hierarchies. The SFDC integration is somewhat limiting in the ability to use the in-app widget/tab to display HGI data directly in SFDC, and the tool is very cost prohibitive to give all end users access to it.
