My only advice is for the quality of work and relationships to be the same across customers. When working in customer-facing roles, I've received feedback that others on the team weren't consistent with the quality of work. It goes to show how important concisistency, and quality is. It's great in prospecting for account prioirtisation based tech stack install base by revenue size. The revenue map by country and by business unit, the graphical display is also very easy to work with when using it for a large volume of accounts. It really needs to be more customisable in allowing users to create scoring criteria. I always have to reupload my account list which can be fustrating as it adds and additonal loading cycle to the process and some times it doesn't pull the data through. Being able to select specific product install by highest companies within that product would be very good. Our initial engagement with HGI was driven by the quality of their tech data. With previous providers, we were taking many incoming customer/prospect calls calling out bad data points which was affecting our credibility during our selling cycles. The significant quality improvement had improved our user experience as well as our productivity. This led to our ability to move people off of low-level QA to higher-value insight building. Any single data issue led to a larger review by HGI so was comfortable they were improving the overall quality of their platform and not just solving a once-off data point issue. HGI is not just a data provider but with their high-quality staff they add a level of service that is unparallel. They help us ideate and execute on our data driven insights.
