We use the technographic and firmographic data from HG insights - these values feed into our CRM and provide us with our Account ICP. The best part about HG in my opinion is the CSMs/support team, they are always available with their expertise if we have any issues. In terms of usability, the platform is quite easy to use overall. We encountered challenges with integrating based on the website domain. Despite these obstacles, they have demonstrated a strong willingness to collaborate and address issues in their product data categorization throughout our partnership.
