HeyTalent is an AI sourcing platform built for recruitment agencies, headhunters and in-house talent teams. Recruiters describe a role the way they would to a colleague, or paste a job description, and HeyTalent's agent turns it into a search with advanced LinkedIn filters, reads every profile, ranks candidates against the requirements and returns the strongest matches in under two minutes. HeyTalent searches up-to-date LinkedIn profiles without using the recruiter's own LinkedIn account, including profiles outside their network, and no LinkedIn Recruiter licence is needed. The recruiter's LinkedIn account is connected only to send invitations, follow-ups and InMails, with hourly and daily limits, sending in the candidate's time zone and an automatic pause when LinkedIn starts reacting to activity. For contact data, HeyTalent runs waterfall enrichment across more than 12 providers to find professional emails and phone numbers. Every campaign conversation lands in a shared inbox that can be filtered by role and recruiter, where teammates can reply on each other's behalf and send candidates to HeyTalent's built-in ATS in one click. All plans include unlimited users and unlimited CSV export. HeyTalent also offers an API and custom integrations. HeyTalent was born inside a tech recruitment agency in Barcelona and is used by more than 150 agencies.
