What do you dislike about HeyTaco?

I don’t love that the stickers disappear. It would be nice if they stayed visible longer so we could look back on the props and celebrations over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyTaco?

Inventive and easy for remote teams to adapt to. I've been using HeyTaco for years in my remote workplace and it has broad adoption across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There may be room for more creative ways to share tacos--the addition of taco stickers was welcome, but feels like there is a broader opportunity to mix up the formula and experience a bit, which after four years of using can sometimes feel stale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyTaco?

The taco awards are a lighthearted and engaging way to recognize peers directly in Slack. It’s simple, fast, and creates an instant boost in morale. People love getting acknowledged publicly, and the taco format makes it feel fun rather than forced. It’s especially great in remote teams where spontaneous praise is harder to give.

It also encourages a culture of gratitude. Small wins and behind-the-scenes efforts often go unnoticed — but with tacos, I can easily give someone a shoutout and make their day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
